User Conduct and Event Registration

When submitting information via our 3-field conversion cards or event forms:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.

• You must not use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful material.

• We reserve the right to cancel webinar attendance or terminate mentorship participation if a user engages in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior during physical or virtual sessions.

 

Third-Party External Platforms

Our Site links to selected third-party platforms to deliver specific services (e.g., virtual webinars hosted on Zoom, content broadcast on social media platforms). G-light Ambassadors is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or uptime of these external third-party providers.

While G-light Ambassadors strives to maintain accurate program information, we make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous site availability, uninterrupted access, or specific career/employment outcomes resulting from our mentorship programs. To the fullest extent permitted under Scots Law, the organization disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Site use.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
